We are always at your disposal to help you in your installation during your whole stay.

If you have a question about equipments functioning of the apartment, you can call or come to see us, we shall know how to explain you in French, English or Spanish, how it works.

• A full equipment

  Every apartment has all the necessary furniture to live and work, and household electrical and electronic equipment (television and hi-fi) regularly maintained and verified.

  For the short-term rents, all the subscriptions and consumptions are included.

• A linen pack

  Apartments are supplied with all the necessary sheets according to the number of reserved sleeping around, as well hand towels, the bath mats and the cloths.

  If your stay is for more then a week, we will change you in the middle of stay your whole pack of linen. This service is for free.

• A welcome pack
  

  When you will arrive in your apartment, you don’t need to precipitate to go for shopping.

  You will find at your disposal a welcome pack which will help you to prepare a coffee, a tea, or chocolate.

  For your comfort, you will also have soap, shower gel and toilet paper.

• A full tourist documentation on Paris

  During the check in processin our office, you will receive a complete documentation on Paris: maps, tourist guide and magazines.

  You can also ask us to recommend you or check the base of tourist data present on our web site. On simple request, they will be given to you upon your arrival. You can complete this information by asking us recommendations. We will know how to answer all your questions without prejudice: a restaurant, a bar, a sauna, cruising or going out.

• Arrival 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

  If you arrive during our opening hours, the check-in will be done directly in our office.

  It is however possible to you to arrive when you want. If you arrive outside our opening hours, you will receive a special procedure which will give you all the details for your arrival.
