The nightly rate applies to all short-term rentals. For stays between 7 and 30 nights, the rate includes a discount of 10% off the nightly rate. For stays between 30 and 90 nights, the rate includes a discount of 35% off the nightly rate

The supplement for an extra guest, or for the preparation of the sofa bed or an extra bed, is 22 € per night, per guest.
For long term rentals (3 months or more), monthly rates apply. Monthly rental rates do not include agency fees or utility consumption such as electricity, gas, telephone, etc..

Many of our competitors require a minimum stay of one week. Absolu Living accepts all stays greater than 4 nights. Reservation fees will be added to your short term rental. We lowered these fees as much as possible:
A reservation of less than 4 nights may be possible depending on availability. A supplement of 37 € will be charged to cover logistics and apartment preparation expenses of these shorter reservations.
For any reservation of more than 8 nights, a supplement of 10 € will be charged to cover bed linen and towels change during the stay.
In any case, you will receive an email with exact quotes clearly indicating the applicable reservation fee for your next stay.

All rental agreements must be accompanied by the payment of a security deposit which Absolu Living will hold as soon as payment is made.
The customer will pay the security deposit upon arrival when collecting the keys to his apartment, or, in the case of weekend arrivals, in advance. The security deposit covers any damage, including but not limited to breakages, wear and tear and material faults that are caused to the furniture or other fittings in the furnished apartment.
No interest will be earned on the security deposit, and under no circumstances can it replace ordinary rental payments. The customer may pay the security deposit in cash or via a pre-authorisation of his credit card.
The security deposit will be returned within two weeks of departure, or in the case of deposits paid in cash, on the day of departure.
Absolu Living cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in the exchange rate between the date when the desposit is paid and the date when it is returned.
Above and beyond the cost of making good any damage, a further sum may be dedcuted for cleaning. This will be calculated based on the amount of time required for cleaning by our staff and the standard hourly rate.
The security deposit will then be refunded, following deduction of any outstanding fees for gas and/or electricity usage, telephone calls, TV usage and any other repairs deemed necessary following the customer’s stay. If the customer requires any other services, such as specific TV channels, these must be requested and paid for in advance.
Returning the keys to the apartment to Absolu Living at the end of the rental period in no way implies that the apartment has been returned to an acceptable state.
The cost of the security deposit depends on whether or no the customer has taken out Absolu Living’s ‘Multirisque-Tranquillité’ insurance policy. This insurance is compulsory, except for those customers who can provide proof of their own third-party liability insurance. The ‘Multirisque-Tranquillité’ insurance policy means that Absolu Living can reduce the cost of your security desposit. The reduced deposit is not available to customers who prefer their own insurance, and they will also need to produce documentation.
